I've mentioned in a few places about this path that God puts us on. He has a plan for our lives and we can be sure that it will be one amazing ride.
Though we can be sure that this path is a good one, sometimes we (meaning I) don't like it. I know that there are things I need to wait for. Things that I want now and I want a lot. However, I also know that if I try to take what I want when it's not time, it will never work. When we try to take things that we shouldn't, it NEVER works. Trust me, I know. And I think everyone has experienced this at one point or another.
Sometimes we may feel that God doesn't have our best in mind. That he is out to take away the good things in life. But I tell you, the times I tried to leave that path and take what I wanted, that was where the good things were taken. I've lost a lot because of it. And I now realize that if I will just stay on the path, no matter how much it hurts, it will turn out so much better. God will bless those who follow ten fold.
So now I encourage you, make the decision as I have, to follow the path and not look back. Even when it hurts, even when it seems like you will never get what you want. Trust that he will bring you through to a better future. Why? Well.... Because he Always Does.
It's weird that I never commented on this, because this is actually my favorite post of yours. When I first read it, it was perfect, because I was dealing with the exact same thing. Like, I'm not even kidding, I had just been talking to my mom about it and then BAM...there was this post. Which is ironic because you were talking about timing...and it was perfect timing. :-) haha
