Tyler Texas

So I had a great last couple days.  After work on Monday I headed out to Tyler with a my family and some of my best friends and their families.  We spent the first day just kinda relaxing.   The second day we got to go out to the lake for 4 hours.  That was a blast.  We rented a party boat and a speed boat with tubes.  Right away 4 of us got to go on the speed boat with the rocket tube.  My youngest brother started out and he did awesome.  He actually didn't fall off.  It was my turn next and I lasted a while.  But then fell eventually.  I fell twice more after that.  Then Kayla went.  Best part was she fell off trying to get on the tube:) Then she fell off fairly quick.  And then WOULDN'T fall off.  So finally I told the driver "I think she needs to fall off."
 Let's just say she fell off the next turn.  Then Kayli went.  She fell off a few times.  The worst part was that the way the rocket was shaped you couldn't see a thing cuz water would hit your face really hard.  After that the 4 of us pretty much hung out in the water with a few floating tubes.  That was fun.  We would also would touch the bottom with our feet.  Kayla and I enjoyed the feeling but were both a little worried about what was in the mud.

We ended that trip and came back to the cabins.  We finished watching the first Lord of the Rings which was Kayla's first time.  (I know right!)  And we played put-put and went to Chic-fil-a.  And then Kayla and her family left. The next day went by fast.  We swam in the morning and watched movies and went to dinner and had s'mores.  And then the next morning (today) we left at 6 so I could be home for work.

Overall it was a great trip with great friends.  I had a fun time and look forward to more fun times with them.
